Your use of HealingWithDMSO™ website, a subsidiary of YumNaturals Emporium (referred to as “YumNaturals™”) website and all products and services available thereon are offered to you on your acceptance of our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and Waiver and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website, or of any products or services presented in any area of this website, indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and Waiver and other notices posted on this website. We suggest you print a copy of each of these documents for your records.

 

Shipping and Stock

In stock items are mailed out generally between 2-5 business days.

Backorders: we will send you a note if there is a back order so you can make a substitution or receive a refund for that item. Back ordered items can take 3-4 weeks to arrive back in stock depending on the item. Due to COVID restrictions there are no guarantees on shipping times and customs clearance can also take longer. Thank your for your patience. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM folder for updates and tracking information before contacting us asking, as we have a high volume of emails that can take time to respond to. 

We use Canada Post and UPS for all worldwide shipping at this time. For USA and International packages YumNaturals is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you want a guarantee on your package to the USA please select the tracked package option. Then if the package goes missing we can file a claim. If you select the untracked option, there is no insurance on the package and we cannot recover costs or find out what happened to your shipment. It is the buyers own risk once the package has been shipped. If you have a truly missing package we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.

If you are from Florida or California (or a very warm region) we recommend using tracked packet so that the package is sitting less in a hot vehicle. We are not responsible for melted creams! We package these items in many layers and if you order tracked packet then at least we have a claim with the post office. Thank you!

We try to have as much inventory as possible in our store. However, we are a small retailer and if the item(s) you ordered online are not in stock and it takes longer than a week to ship your item(s) we will let you know in case you wish to make another choice.

During Christmas we take holidays from Dec 24th to Jan 2nd and with Canada Post delays, shipping can take longer. Out of Country orders can also see a customs delay during the holidays. Easter weekend also can hold some shipping delays since Canada Post is closed both on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

If you are out of Province or Country, rates will be higher. We do not use ground shipping for international shipments as it can take 3-6 months or longer for arrival to places like New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, etc. Shipping international (other than USA) varies depending on your location. 10-20 business days is the average time for air shipments but it may even take 2 to 2.5 months. Once we ship your package it is out of our hands!

Time to the west coast can also take longer. If you are ordering from a Country we have not yet shipped to, prices may vary and we may need to ask for more shipping to cover the difference.

Shipping to the USA  for untracked packet can take anywhere between 10-20 business days (we send it expedited Air), depending on customs delay. Tracked air packages are 6 business days. We send a confirmation to you via email once it is mailed out. Please keep in mind WE ARE NOT AMAZON. We are a small business that hand makes over 100 natural products! Please try not to inundate us with emails asking about your package; we promise you that we work very hard to get everything out as fast as we are able. Thank you for your patience!

If you have a rush order please make a note on check out and we will try to prioritize your package, but that is not a guarantee. If anything comes damaged please let us know and we will offer you a coupon to cover the issue or we will do our best to replace it.
